History
The Connecticut Section of the PGA of America was the 23rd of the 41 sections that have been chartered by The PGA of America which was founded in 1916. The Connecticut Section had humble, but proud beginnings. The PGA gave the section its charter in 1933 after a series of meetings that took place in the spring of that year.
