Following high school, many JGA Members continue playing golf in different ways where some have the opportunity to represent their college or university playing on the golf team. As we round out 2011, and make way for 2012, high school seniors in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts solidify their choice for higher education which includes further development in the game of golf.
The 37th Junior Connecticut PGA Championship will be held Monday and Tuesday, July 2-3, at Country Club of Waterbury and Watertown Golf Club. The 36-hole Championship field consists of a 13-18 boys division, a 13-18 girls division. The winners of the boy and girl 13-18 divisions will advance on to the National Championship that will be held at Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Fort Wayne, IN., July 31-August 2, 2012
The Junior Connecticut Section PGA Championship is sponsored by The PepsiCo and supported by USA Hauling & Recycling.
Registration will open in April 3, 2012 and will close in June 22, 2012
Please remember there will be $10.00 processing fee for any cancellation for the Junior PGA Championship. FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING TRANSFERS. No refunds will be given after the deadline date.
