The Cleveland Golf / Srixon PGA Professional Golf League is a season-long golf league for PGA Members only. Members may register on their own or with a partner and compete in season-long four-ball matches against fellow PGA Members. There will be six (6) 2-person teams per division, aptly named after Cleveland / Srixon PGA TOUR staff members such as Graeme McDowell, Vijay Singh, Jerry Kelly, Boo Weekley, etc. Each team within a division will play five matches; one each month, from May through September, versus their division opponents. Each four-ball match is worth a total of nine (9) points; 3 each for the front nine, back nine, and total.
At the end of the season, every team in every division will carry their season-long division points forward and play in The PGA Professional Golf League Championship, on Thursday, October 6, 2011, at Hop Meadow Country Club. This will be a modified Alternate Shot competition and points will be earned by place finish and added to the division points.
